In 2023, Private Jet Services was considering its first mobile app and other UX design support. Luna’s founder had just worked a few years prior at JSX on their mobile app’s user experience and customer journey planning, so this project was an exciting way to continue to explore mobile app design in the aviation space. The PJS mobile app represented the company’s first foray into moving more of their sales and customer experience processes into the form of an app, reducing the time that internal team members spent manually building proposals and handling client comms. During our time designing the PJS app, we also supported in design improvements for the team’s internal systems to improve the way they serve their clients in this white-glove, high touch environment.
