Chrissy Irwin

Chrissy is the person clients call when they need someone who actually has it handled. As a marketing ops specialist, she's spent her career jumping into complicated accounts, calming the chaos, and building systems that keep things running smoothly across everything from legal and dental to oil and gas, municipalities, and veterinary clients. She has a sharp eye for spotting what a client needs before they even ask, and a genuine love for turning a messy account into a well-oiled one. Ask anyone she's worked with and they'll tell you she's easy to work with, hard to rattle, and the kind of teammate who makes everyone else's job easier too. Outside of work, Chrissy's probably out hiking with her dogs, trying a new recipe, or rewatching an 80s movie with a cappuccino in hand.

Award-Winning Growth Marketing
Luna was founded in 2020 during the pandemic when the risk of starting a new business was high. In fact, many businesses were decreasing their marketing investments or battling innumerable business operation challenges, but we saw an opportunity in the market to step into situations where other agencies were failing to do the deep work and deep listening that brands really crave out of a marketing partner.
Fast forward to the time of this writing, our team has grown every year and has supported over 60 brands. We routinely receive 5 star reviews from our clients and have spearheaded multiple award-winning projects. Our work has directly led to tens of millions of dollars in tightly attributed revenue for brands across various disciplines.
We keep hearing from our clients that we simply went further with our work than their last agency did, and improved the very trust that these brands actually had in digital media, design, or SEO to grow their business. We leaned into this feedback and built Luna on the idea that deep work and technical solutions are the core offering, not an upsell, because we've seen this approach get the best results possible.
Why choose us?
Focus on measurability
We’ve noticed when a client talks about their previous agency, that one of the things that comes up a lot is that the previous agency didn’t go the extra mile on tracking and measurability. Whether they simply provided dashboards that were out of line with the metrics the clients are seeing every day in their CRM, or they treat “marketing analytics” as a separate upcharge and not a core offering, there is typically a measurement disconnect with other agencies that never becomes a problem when working with Luna.
Deeper engagements
Your last agency waited until you were angry about performance to do a deep dive into the analytics, right? That’s not exactly how we roll.
We believe in continuous improvement and learning, and overcommunicating what we learn so that you have full visibility into our process and our work. We don’t count leads and traffic as a victory - qualified leads, alignment with sales, and real revenue, these are the metrics we’re really looking at.
We get involved in the creative process
Anybody with an AI tool can write messaging for your brand, dump the outputs into your email inbox, and walk away saying “job done.” What’s harder, we’ve noticed, is helping our clients find compromises between how they prefer to represent their brand and how the ad platforms and search engines require them to frame their messaging for best performance.
This requires a balancing act, patience, nuance, and real teamwork. Frankly, most agencies are afraid to get into it even though the highest leverage work is right here in the messaging and the way your brand portrays its value.
