Elevate Jet had ambitious plans to move their high-touch, white glove private aviation booking experience into the convenience of a mobile app. We were able to help them achieve this through tight communication with their team, taking on business requirements and pressure-testing user journeys far before launch. An aviation app is a highly operationally complex application: accounting, ops teams, business analysts, leadership, sales, internal processes, IT, and marketing all weighed in on the systems that underly the app. As we designed the app, we were distilling this complex operation and all of the moving parts of booking private jets down into a simple and airtight experience, and this took countless rounds of refinement and pressure testing before hitting the market to award-winning acclaim. Elevate also trusted our team halfway through the project to execute their new branding agency's updated visual identity into these screens, to help bring to life the new branding without derailing the development timeline... our team executed the rebranded designs in under 2 weeks and kept developers on track for tight windows. The result was a clean, slick, modern app that told a new brand story, interacted seamlessly with Elevate internal ops, leveraged an industry-leading AI-driven pricing engine, and offered user experiences that raised the bar for expectations for an already high-flying brand.
